2013 Leader Guide
(Includes all information and necessary forms for Scouts and leaders)
This is a large file (7 Mb) and may take a few moments to download. Table of Contents, Index, and cross references will take you to indicated pages by clicking on them.
Leaders of troops that have registered will receive printed copies in the mail.

2013 Parent Information Guide
Along with leader guides for the troop, each registered troop will receive
enough copies for the number of youth projected to come to camp.

Camp Forms
If you have trouble with these forms, make sure you have an updated version of Adobe Reader. Download it here.

Troop Reservation Form
Use this form to make an initial reservation.
Do not use it for making any other payments. 

Troop Payment Form
Use a new copy of this form each time you make a payment (other than reservation deposit). Pay by troop, not individuals.

Provisional Scout Registration
If a Scout cannot come with his troop, we will seek to place him with another troop during any week session of 2013.

BSA Medical Form
Must be submitted by all Scouts and adults spending more than one night at Marin Sierra.

Those spending only one night must bring at least Parts A and B.

Activity Release Form
Required for every Scout under 18 years old who wishes to engage in restricted activities listed on the form.

Special Dietary Needs Form
Should be faxed to the council office 2 weeks before your camp session as well as brought to camp.

Mountain Biking Registration Form
Those wishing to participate in this older Scout program should fax this to the Marin Council 2 weeks prior to their camp session.
