Please Note:  due to a landslide along Iron Springs Road restricting vehicle access to Camp Tamarancho during the coming months, this Marin Council activity is being postponed/cancelled.  Those who have already paid registration fees will be refunded by mailed check.  Should the activity be rescheduled, a new registration will be required. Thank you for your understanding in this regard.

Welcome to the Spring "Fun Bunny" Shoot!

This fun and exciting event is for Cub Scouts Only!  (registered Cubs in the First through Fifth grades; Lions cannot participate in shooting sports per BSA Policy)

No, we will NOT actually be shooting any bunnies!


Please read everything below before scheduling your Cub Scout.

(If there are no time slots available in the schedule, do not pay here!)

Follow these steps to register:

1) First, schedule your shooting times for your Cub Scout(s).  You may pick only one half-hour session of Archery and one half-hour session of BB gun per Cub Scout.  There is a 5-10 minute period at the end of each session to allow transfer to another range session.

When you click the following link; the scheduling app will open in a new window. After scheduling either a range session of Archery and/or BB, the scheduling app will direct you to return to this site to pay and download the Release Form to print and sign.  If there are no open sessions or schedule that suits you, then do not schedule your Scout and do not proceed to steps #2 and #3.

2) After scheduling, please return to this site to pay. The cost is just $10 per Cub Scout (not per session), and that covers one 40-minute session of each shooting activity for the Scout, and a participation patch.  Please bring a bag lunch if you are staying during the afternoon lunch break (12pm - 12:30pm) when the ranges are closed.  A snack shack will be serving refreshments (bring small bills).  If there are no open sessions or schedules that suit you, then do not pay in advance.

After scheduling, click the "Register" button at the bottom or left of this page to begin the payment process.

Your schedule and your payment should match. If not, the registration or schedule will be cancelled.

3) Download this flyer and Release Form.  Scouts must have this release form signed by at least one parent/guardian. Bring it with you to the event.  Please arrive at Camp Tamarancho at least 20-30 minutes before your session start time for check-in and walking to the range. You must be present at the range at the time your session starts for the safety training; your Cub Scout will not be allowed to shoot if they miss this important briefing.

Cancellation Policy
Due to the very low cost for this event, there are no refunds for dropping your registration or cancelling for any reason. However, you may transfer it to another Cub Scout in your pack. In the event this occurs, please contact the Council Service Center to change the name on the registration.
