Campership Form
This is needed in order to be awarded a campership. Fill it out completely, and bring/send it in with your registration materials below.

Day Camp Information and Registration Form
Fill this form out completely, and bring/send it to our council office. Payment will be discussed when we receive your materials.

BSA Medical Form
This form is required for your any participant to attend camp. No doctor visit is required.

Shooting Sports Release Form
This form is required if you wish your child(ren) to participate in archery and/or BB shooting. One form per participant.
