Winter Parking Instructions

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Tuesday, February 28
REGISTRATION INFO:
- A limit of 16 patrols will be registered
- Each Troop may register no more than 2 patrols
- Each patrol may include up to 8 scouts
- Event limited to Boy Scout troops only
- Register (online only) as soon as possible we are limiting competition to 16 patrols.
- Registration is not complete until registration and payment are received at the council office. Deadline: Friday, February 24. We will not be able to register any unit at the event. Don’t forget to complete a BSA online tour and activity plan. Each attendee must bring an up-to-date (within 12 months)
- Part A & B of their BSA health form which will be held in the OA Office from check in until check out.

ARRIVAL, PARKING, CHECK-IN:
- Troops may arrive as early as Friday evening, weather and road conditions permitting. Check in is at Ibach Lodge. There are no events on Friday evening.
- Most troops will arrive early Saturday morning and leave at check out: 10 a.m. on Sunday. Carpooling is required as onsite parking is very limited
- Official Check-in at Camp Marin Sierra starts at 8 a.m. on Saturday, March 4.
- Mandatory SM/SPL Meeting at 11:30am Ibach Lodge- Lunch provided.
