
Marin Council Winter Camporee event sponsored by OA Talako Lodge
For all Scouts BSA troops and Venturing BSA crews!
Just $15 per person (Scout youth and adult leaders). This fee includes a hot lunch on Saturday, March 12; camp use fees and a 2022 Klondike patch. Registration is online only!
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Friday, March 4. 2022
REGISTRATION INFO:
- Each troop or crew may register no more than 2 patrols
- Each patrol may include up to 8 Scouts or Venturers
- A limit of 16 patrols can be registered
- Event limited to Scouts BSA troops and Venturing crews only
- Register (online only) as soon as possible due to limits on number of patrols
- Registration is not complete until registration and payment are received at the council office. Deadline: Friday, March 4. We will not be able to register any unit at the event.
- Each attendee must bring a current BSA Health & Medical form, parts A & B for check-in.
- Note registration is online only; SORRY, NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS.
ARRIVAL, PARKING, CHECK-IN:
- Winter Parking Instructions @ Camp Marin Sierra
- Troops/crews may arrive as early as Friday evening, weather and road conditions permitting. Check in is at Ibach Lodge. There are no events on Friday evening.
- Most units will arrive early Saturday morning and leave after check out: 10am Sunday, March 13. Carpooling is required as onsite parking is very limited.
- Official check-in at Camp Marin Sierra starts at 8am Saturday, March 12.
- Mandatory SM/SPL Meeting at 11:30am Ibach Lodge - Lunch provided.
