DESCRIPTION:Dates: March 1–3, 2019 \n  \n  \n Location: Camp Marin Sierra \n  \n  \n Who: All Scouts BSA troops and Venturing crews \n  \n  \n Cost: $15.00 per participant. The fee includes a hot lunch on Saturday, March 2, camp fees, and the 2019 Klondike patch. Registration is only online here. \n  \n  \n Winter Parking Instructions \n  \n  \n SORRY, NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS. \n  \n  \n REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Tuesday, February 26 \n  \n  \n REGISTRATION INFO: \n  \n  \n  \n 	A limit of 16 patrols will be registered \n 	Each troop or crew may register no more than 2 patrols \n 	Each patrol may include up to 8 Scouts or Venturers \n 	Event limited to Scouts BSA troops and Venturing crews \n 	Register (here online only) as soon as possible we are limiting competition to 16 patrols. \n 	Registration is not complete until registration and payment are received at the council office. Deadline: Tuesday, February 26. We will not be able to register any unit at the event. \n 	Each attendee must bring an up-to-date (within 12 months) Part A & B of their BSA health form which will be held in the OA office from check in until check out. \n 	Note registration is here online only. \n  \n  \n ARRIVAL, PARKING, CHECK-IN: \n  \n  \n  \n 	Troops/crews may arrive as early as Friday evening, weather and road conditions permitting. Check in is at Ibach Lodge. There are no events on Friday evening. \n 	Most units will arrive early Saturday morning and leave at check out: 10 a.m. on Sunday.
