	Come learn all about how to get your den or pack off to a great start and get the confidence you need to make being a Cub Scout leader a fun and rewarding experience! 
 

	
		Gives you the tools, resources, and knowledge you’ll need to lead your den or pack.
	
		Aimed at both new leaders and experienced leaders who have either changed positions since last attending training or have not been able to attend this training before.
	
		Taught by a team of enthusiastic, seasoned Cub Scout leaders who are eager to share their experience with you.

		Practical ideas for how to be a great leader while still having fun yourself
	
		Resources and tips for planning great den or pack meetings that keep the boys and their families coming back for more
	
		How to get enthusiastic help from parents for meetings, events, and activities
	
		How to manage the boys in the your den or pack so everyone has fun
	
		How to plan activities to ensure that boys achieve their ranks
